WBW #33 Languedoc-Roussillon value wines is here . . . enter your bottle by leaving a comment below
Comments are now turned on so earlybirds and winebloggers from Asia/Pacific can start sharing their WBW 33 bottles. So if you have a link to your entry, click on Comments below and enter the URL, along with the name, origin, and price of your wine.
(If you don't have a link because you don't have a blog, paste into the comment field your complete review once you have finished composing it -- as far as I know there is no maximum character count on what you can enter so use a word processor and knock yourself out... just make sure you aren't composing your review directly in the comment field since there's no save draft feature and it's very easy to lose your work with the touch of a wrong button!)
You can type in links like this: http://weingolb.blogspot.com/2005/12/how-dumb-was-that.html
or you can even code it into the comment field using an < a > tag so it looks like this: http://weingolb.blogspot.com/2006/02/more-is-less.html. Or even better, so the URL is hidden and looks like this: click my link.
For full details on participating in WBW 33 you can go back to consult the announcement or leave a question or comment for me to answer at this link.
My WBW 33 entry will be placed right here in this post very shortly, like in 12 24 36 48 hours or so -- it's finally there now. Meanwhile I have some older write-ups of wines that would qualify for WBW 33 (like the links above). Feel free to peruse them for the timebeing.

My WBW #33 post is located here, so go and enjoy! I reviewed the 2004 Mas des Chimeres Coteaux du Languedoc, a red wine from the Coteaux du Languedoc region that costs about $15 (sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more).

Hey Dok - Here is my WBW post:
http://brooklynguyloveswine.blogspot.com/2007/05/wbw-33-mid-priced-midi-wines.html
I don't know how to make it happen simply by typing the word "here," as I can with blogger software. Can someone tell me how?
Good Doktor, I've examined this wineand given it a clean bill of health. À votre santé!
I'm going to turn away form Syrah Grenache for this Wednesday and move toward the Domaine de Nizas Rose, which is only $14.99. I'll have my conclusion tonight! Thanks for hosting such a great theme Marcus.
Ruarri, a rose sounds great -- and my review won't come until tonight too so no worries.
To all you other earlybirds, thanks for making an enthusiastic effort on Wine Blogging Tuesday! I like having all your comments with your URLs available here for all to see until I can do the roundup later.
For details on coding a link yourself (yes I'm looking at you Neil and Joe), please see this interactive guide (NOTE: you can ignore the html, body and p tags shown in this demo -- Blogger comments template already take care of those so just focus on the a tags).
2nd attempt with some html!
Marcus, thanks for hosting, by effort is
Here
Cheers and good luck with the compilation
Hi, Marcus! I've got my review of the 2004 Domaine Olivier Pithon Cuvee Lais up now. Thanks for a great theme.
Hello!
My entry, a bit late but still on Wednesday, is located right here.
Cheers!

While I was a little off in the price range, I hope you'll still include me! (It's been a rough week).
Here's my post:
Wine Outlook
Hi Marcus, I have another post up that I did at www.winesediments.net
It is on the CastelMavre 2003 Corbieres Grande Cuvee at $19.99 a bottle. Very nice bottle!
I just posted my selection to Cincinnati Wine Warehouse for WBW #33.
Whatever you do, DON'T click here!
It was tough - we had to choose from 4 great wines - all exceptionally priced, but we eventually we found a winner. It's up here: http://grapethinking.com/wine-blogger-wednesday-languedoc-roussillon/

Marcus, this is truly a great theme. I never had so much fun doing homework. Check it out here:

I'm live (really), and I do no how to do that (done it a hundred times, don't know how that happened...)
Dok W, thanks for doing the heavy lifting on this WBW! My post is WBW #33 - Languedoc-Roussillon value wines, with some additional notes at Chateau Tour Boisée Minervois 1999.

Hello all, Bryan from Vinilicious here. My second WBW, I again loosely interpreted the theme this month and decided to feature a fortified wine, the Clos des Paulilles Banyuls 2005 Rimage.
Lovely topic and elucidating.
My posting for "2004 Domaine de Bila-Haut Occultum Lapidem" the is at

Hi Marcus, thanks for hosting! here is my entry: http://manageyourcellar.blogspot.com/2007/05/wbw-33-2004-clot-de-loum-compagnie-des.html
Hi Marcus,
OK, I have two wines posted thus far, and a third that I need to write up from tonight!
Check out my Banyuls here, and my Coteaux du Languedoc "budget wine" (at $15, just inside the price range!) here.
I've got a review for a $20 Coteaux du Languedoc that I'll submit ASAP!
Thanks for the great theme!
Better late than never. (I hope.)
Here is my contribution for WBW #33.
Thanks for hosting.
Hey John,
No problem with a late post. (Though my own entry for WBW 33 is stamped "Wednesday," that was the date it was created -- it didn't get posted till today in all actuality).
Besides, I can think of a couple other contributions that are still on their way anyway...
So keep them coming!
It's been a good turn out and I hope to spend time with all of them, so definitively better late than never!
Marcus
Alright, one more late post!
As I mentioned in my first comment, I really went overboard with this, my inaugural WBW event, and tasted THREE wines from the Midi (two reds, and one Banyuls dessert wine).
You can read about our final (and at $20 our most expensive) bottle we reviewed here.
Again, thanks for the great theme Marcus!
